Terms<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">StoryTourist is a mobile app, developed by Velodrom AB, that provides on-location exploration experiences. The concept is developed for users to explore a geographical area through storytelling both fictional and\/or based on historical events. StoryTourist is also using gamification such as puzzle solving elements and\/or interaction elements.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These terms and conditions are legally binding to your use of the Service however installed, accessed and\/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By downloading and installing this application and accessing this Service you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and any other documents referred to herein, including without limitation our Privacy Policy and that you agree to be bound by this Agreement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to use these services, you will need to have a registered account with us. The account may be automatically generated or manually created. You will also need access to a supported mobile phone and an Internet connection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are the parent or guardian of a minor age 12 or older, you are agreeing to this Agreement on your behalf and on behalf of your minor(s) who you have authorized to use the Service pursuant to this Agreement. Eligibility and user accounts<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Service is intended for persons who are 13 years of age or older.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using this Service may require registration of a StoryTourist user account. By creating or logging in to the account you agree:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not to provide false or misleading information about yourself<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to update your information details so that it remains relevant<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not sharing your account information to third parties<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to take full responsibility of your account<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to notify us in case your account has been accessed by anyone not authorised by you.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have the right to refuse registration for any reason.\u00a0 We have the right to suspend or delete your account, with or without notice due to negligence and\/or violation of the Terms, for any other reason.<\/span><\/p><h2>4. Safety<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When using the Application, you must be aware of your surroundings. You use this Service at your own risk. Certain features of the Service may be subject to a fee. Any applicable fees are displayed on the Service in connection with the respective feature of the Service. Cancelation policy<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not have a cancelation policy since this is a digital tour that can be experienced at any time. But there might be circumstances that cannot have be foreseen. Therefore, you can ask for a refund if you notify us 24 hours in advance prior to when your booking was set. We also refund in case there are technical issues that has prevented you from doing the guided tour. Geo-location<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have enabled GPS, geo-location or other location-based features on your device, you acknowledge that your device location will be tracked and may be shared with others. The location-based services offered in connection with the Service are for individual use only and should not be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">used or relied on as an emergency locator system, used while driving or operating vehicles, or used in connection with any hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, or any other situation in which the failure or inaccuracy of use of the location-based services could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or property damage. Location data may not be accurate and the geolocated Service is used at your own risk.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using the Service, you agree that we may access your device in order to allow for or optimize your use of the Service. For instance, the Game may access, use and read accounts, settings, data and\/or content on your device, and\/or add content to your device, and change settings of your device, for reasons such as saving Game images, sound files and writing usage logs to the device; sending social media messages you initiate; sending and receiving data needed for Service operations; and to provide you notice when you are not connected to a network. You consent to these activities by installing the Game or otherwise using the Service. You can disable all of them associated with the Game by uninstalling the Game.<\/span><\/p><h2>8. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Velodrom AB grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the Apps on a mobile device and to run such copy of the Apps solely for your own personal non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, make the service available for multiple Users, distribute or exploit the Service in any unauthorized way.<\/span><\/p><h2>9.
